Handmade Goods
Before I had a driver's permit, I started my first business making and selling luxury pens. I fell in love with being an artisan and have been constantly pushing myself and branching out into other areas of making ever since. I have been a woodturner since 2013 and have specialized in pens. I was in a ceramics club in high school and continued to study ceramics in college on and off for about 4 years. In 2017 I apprenticed under a master blacksmith in Alaska for three months and learned how to forge knives the old way. Also in 2017 I began working as a scenic carpenter, helping build sets for Millikin's theatre productions. Using primarily scrap material from other projects, I have also been making bracelets, necklaces, and guitar picks. Currently I am delving into wood carving, making spoons and spatulas. To see more of my pens and other turned items, and to inquire about ordering, click the "Pens and other turned items" header and you will be redirected to my "Great Penmanship" facebook page. Since I am currently away from my shop, my books are closed and I am only taking orders for aspen spoons. For inquiries about what I have in stock, email or text me directly.
